Our carrier program is tailored towards organizations that wish to offer VoIP communication services, residential or business, to their customers. Our services are provided in a carrier format to our carrier customer, who in turn is responsible for provisioning, billing the end customer, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support.
Nuvio will make available support tools and initial training for technical support. In addition we provide an easy api interface for submitting orders to Nuvio, allowing easy integration to existing order systems or customer facing portals.
We will custom brand a portal for use by customers and provide an administrative interface for manipulating customer accounts, including common billing related activities. Our carrier customers are free to set the pricing for services.
