Nuvio nPBX Unlimited
This includes unlimited local/long distance calling and access to all the advanced features of Nuvio nPBX. Each phone is assigned a direct number and can be set up for extension dialing. This is the best option for heavy users of long distance and for companies looking to pay a flat rate for phone service.
Nuvio nPBX Private Line
This plan does not include a direct number, but is configured for extension dialing in an organization's existing Nuvio nPBX setup. It includes unlimited inbound calling and 500 minutes of outbound calling. Each minute over 500 is billed at 3 cents per minute. This is the best option for employees who primarily field incoming calls or for those who are not on the phone often, yet still need to be connected to the office phone system.
BYOD Premium
This plan must be used when using a Xten softphone or any other unapproved SIP device with nPBX. The same feature set is delivered as with the nPBX Unlimited plan, however instead of unlimited calling, you receive 2500 minutes of outbound calling with each additional minute billed at 3 cents per minute. It is always recommended to use approved devices for the best experience with the service, however this option has been made available for customers who would prefer to use their existing SIP phones. |

Virtual Extensions
Each phone associated with a Nuvio nPBX plan can be configured to forward to one other number such as a cell phone for times when the phone user is away. For some companies, this may not be enough. Some companies, especially ones with mobile employees, may want individual Auto Attendant options to forward to another non- Nuvio nPBX phone. For this purpose we have created Virtual Extensions. Each additional forward required, requires an additional virtual extension. For instance, Press 1 for Sales would forward to Joe's cell phone, Press 2 for Customer Service would forward to Mary's cell phone. This would require two virtual extensions.
Virtual Numbers
Virtual phone numbers allow you to assign what are essentially aliases to your account. You can assign virtual numbers using area codes in any market that Nuvio provides service. This inexpensively allows you to have business presences in multiple markets instantly. Add as many virtual numbers as you would like.
Virtual Mailbox
Do you need an additional voicemail account without another full blown plan? Would you like to setup a group or departmental mailbox accessible by multiple employees? How would you like a method to play real estate listings or other sales messages for customers, and have them leave contact info if they are interested? Virtual mailboxes allow just that. You can add an unlimited number of virtual mailboxes to you nPBX organization.
